In recent days, subscribers have complained that they are no longer able to take screenshots while watching shows or films on Netflix. The streaming giant, however, does not block screenshots.
Now, once you modify the code, compile and use this application and tries to take screenshots as mentioned in our another post “How to Capture Screenshot in android using adb ?” you should see the system dialog as below,
Can you help me? It doesn't work for me. I'm on android 11 and I tried it on netflix - it still won't screenshot. I'd like to note that I tried it with edxposed and lsposed and it won't work regardless. Edit: this is really strange, it works on all apps except for netflix. I even tried disabling libcryptooem or whatever it is called
Screenshots on Netflix. Press the shortcut key in the scene you want to screenshot. In the scene you want to screenshot, press the shortcut key [Ctrl + Shift + S] set earlier. Save the image. You will see a popup like the one above. Hover over the image, right-click and select Save Image As.
If not, your only options are to take a picture of the screen with another device; or run that same app/service on a separate PC/Desktop and take the screenshot there. (I know Windows will let you screenshot anything.) Edit: for the sake of security, apps will disable the screenshot.
Open your Netflix app on mobile. Next, tap on the cast icon located at the top right of your screen. It’s the white icon just before your profile image. You’ll see a list of available players in range. Tap on your preferred big screen and connect. Once it’s connected, enjoy your favorite show.
